Pilates in the Age of Instagram

We will discuss the good and the bad of using Instagram. Is it for you? When is a post considered marketing? When is it education (I.e. - When does an exercise work? When is it dangerous on the body? When can the equipment potentially fail?)? You'll also learn how to use Instagram to inspire you to create new exercises to break plateaus with clients and how to teach traditional Pilates alongside new innovative movements.

Maria Leone, the driving force behind Bodyline studio, has been teaching Pilates since 1989 and training teachers for well over 20 years.Although she trains Jennifer Aniston , Maria does not consider herself a celebrity trainer and enjoys teaching people of all ages, sizes and shapes. Her studio Bodyline is in the heart of Beverly Hills.
